OCE Plotter User-Guide

Overview

This Article will walk you through how to use the OCE Plotter in the PNW 3460 office.
If you experience any issue that is not listed in this Article please contact primeit@primee.com

Printing

Any projects over 25 pages should be sent out to a printing vendor such as DRSI. It is normally more efficient and cost effective than printing in-house.

If you have not added this printer to your machine, see the Adding/Removing Printer to add it.

Printing in Color

You must change the color mode from grayscale to color BEFORE sending the print job to the printer.

Here are the steps to follow when trying to print in color when using the OCE Plotter.
  1. With the document you want to print open, click Print or press Control + P on the keyboard to open the print window.
  2. Within the Print window, select PNW-2002 for the printer and click Properties.

  3. This will take you to the OCE Printer Properties.

  4. From this Menu, click "Color  Mode" and change it from "Grayscale" to "Color".

  5. You can change various other settings here, once you have changed everything you need to click "OK".
  6. Now the print job can be sent to the printer by clicking the "Print" button on the original Print window.

  7. Oce will then display a confirmation window that is similar to the printer properties windows that was displayed early, no settings can be changed at this point. Clicking "OK" will send the print job to the printer.
